Police in Nyeri have pulled back the charges of three people who were summoned in court regarding 14 Riverside Dusit complex attack in Nairobi.
This was after the Anti-Terrorism Police Unit shut the record telling the court there were no connections found connecting the three, Mr. Abdul Kibiringi, Mr. James Mwai Mwangi and Ms. Habiba Gedi Hunshur to the occurrence.
Investigator Cyprian Gitonga Muthoga, the officer responsible for violations at the ATPU, they will intently screen the trio pushing ahead.
He likewise told the court they have set one of the people, James Mwai Mwangi on recovery under ATPU as he has been radicalized.

The suspects had been in remand for a week and were being investigated on terrorism charges and doubts of being in contact with the 14 Riverside assailants.
